Lifting Routine - Leg Day
So today I decided to lift legs and warmed up by doing some light cardio on the bike machine to get my legs warmed up. Then I headed over to the squat rack and ended up with a light warm-up and ended up doing 3 sets gradually getting heavier. After that, I went over to the leg press machine and ended up doing 4 sets and on my last set I pumped out a few more than I normally could and broke my leg press personal record by 4 reps which was really exciting. Then I ended up doing leg extensions, leg curls, and calve-raise drops-sets starting with a weight I could pump out 12-16 reps then slowly go down the weight ladder until I couldn't use them anymore from intense muscle fatigue. Easy to say it was an exhausting and beneficial leg day!

Today's Physical Activity
For my physical activity today, I decided to go lifting and then also played in an intramural indoor soccer game. For lifting, I decided to lift back and shoulders and started with a nice warm-up to get lose and my body temperature up. Then I went right into doing pull-ups till failure then cable -crossovers for my lats and did 3 sets gradually getting heavier. Then I did one-armed rows on the row machine, then reverse grip lat pull-downs, shrugs, good-mornings, and then dead lifts last. Then I went directly down to the indoor soccer room at the end of the arc and warmed up my legs for 30 minutes before the game with my teammates and we ended up winning. It was a great and successful day of physical activity.

Soccer Drills
Hello viewers. Today I decided to put some sport into my physical activity and decided to do some drills that I did for D2 Soccer back when I was attending LEC. First, I started off with a simple warm up consisting of high-knees, butt-kicks, and lunges. Then I did suicides all the way down the field starting at the 10 yard line and working my way down to the 50 yard line, take a 30 second break, then continue to do another 50 yards to the opposite end-zone. Then lastly, I used the stairs to run up and down for 10 times, take a 30 second break, then do another 10. If you enjoy cardio then this small exercise routine is definitely for you. Make sure to stay hydrated.
HIIT
Hello viewers. Today I was doing some HIIT training which stands for High Intensity Interval Training. It is also called High Intensity Intermittent Exercise (HIIE) or Sprint Interval Training (SIT), which is an enhanced form of interval training, that involves exercising alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less recovery times. It was a 15-20 minute routine and felt like it was so much longer than that because it was that difficult and physically exhausting. That being said, it felt amazing to feel my muscles burn and really made me sweat a lot. I recommend doing this type of vigorous activity if you like to burn a lot of calories, sweat a lot, or are looking for new challenges to conquer and embrace.
